BACKGROUND
Karim Dada is an award-winning mechanical engineer with a specialty in building performance computation and optimisation. He is the leading building physics, design, and digital engineer in the UK with over 10 awards targeting net zero carbon design, thermal comfort, and air quality. With 12 years of experience in international companies, he has worked on a broad range of projects from hospitality, healthcare, laboratories, commercial and residential projects. By combining a digital workforce with unprecedented experience, he offers outstanding design quality with exceptional efficiency and minimal cost. He is the founder of D-A-D-A which he built on four founding principles: Define-Adapt-Design-Analyse. He coordinates with the multi-disciplinary teams, developing an integrated virtual model of the project and it’s surrounding environment to better predict its physical behaviour and lasting impact before it’ inception.
